Fabulous shots Kaye. We have several of these at the college and they love squirrels - "eyes like a hawk" LOL

Nature is wonderful, especially when you get up close.
Wow … I was SURE you were in a zoo to get shots like these. Amazing. What eyes they have!
Great shots of these magnificent birds.
Wonderful shots. Did you have to wait long to get those? Please join me at Wordless Wednesday Bloggers at www.wordlesswednesdaybloggers.blogspot.com and share your photo.
Not long at all. In fact, the first hawk just swooped down on the railing not far from us and the second one was right after that. It was almost too good to be true! I got to about 6 feet away from them and they stayed there for a few minutes, just enough time to get my shots.
Wow! Gorgeous photos of beautiful birds!
Beautiful hawks! You were so lucky to get these amazing shots of them.
Wow! I usually see hawks way up in the sky, not so close as these.
Those hawks look great! What wonderful photos!
Great shots thanks for stopping by my blog :)
Those are gorgeous - both the photos and the birds.
Beautiful shots... and a pair of them landing so close. How exciting! I'm jealous, I've never seen a Red-shoulder Hawk, they rarely come to Chicago.
That is so cool.... I'm a bit jealous right now. Earlier in the year I got a really good view of a Bald Eagle sitting in a tree, but didn't have my camera on me. It was only a few blocks away from my house, so I raced home, got the camera, and got to the same spot before the eagle flew away. The only problem, by the time I got to where I needed to be to take a picture, the thing flew off.
These are wonderfully amazing shots! I love bird pics too.
