  1. Hi Kaye!

I was wondering what you think of Bloglovin. I transfered my feeds to them yesterday -- primarily because I couldn't get Feedly to come up on my home computer I don't know if they just don't like my OS, or if it was due to excessive traffic with people scrambling to transfer last minute (not like I planned to wait this long, honest!).

I have to be honest, I'm not lovin' it.

There doesn't seem to be the functionality of Google Reader. For one, you cannot email posts to people as you can with GR (NOT everyone on the stupid planet is on FB or twitter!), the folders don't stay open when checking individual blogs, and I HATE that you only get a truncated view. That doesn't really work when one of your feeds is for the historical society's photo archives. They've been known to upload anywhere from 20 to 200 new images in a single day. Do you know how long it would take to click for each individual photo? I'd be at it all day! So much easier to scroll them as I do at GR. Guess I'll have to try Feedly again today...

  2. Just did this this afternoon and not sure how it works at all. Doesn't sound too encouraging.

  5. I'm not big on change either but I did switch to Bloglovin' and Feedly a while ago. I wasn't sure which one I wanted and I don't use them every day anyway.
