Saturday Snapshot

Saturday Snapshot is hosted by Alyce of At Home with Books. To participate in the Saturday Snapshot meme post a photo that you (or a friend or family member) have taken then leave a direct link to your post in the Mister Linky. Photos can be old or new, and be of any subject as long as they are clean and appropriate for all eyes to see. How much detail you give in the caption is entirely up to you. Please don't post random photos that you find online.

Some of these are not like the others

Eeeuuuuuw,  I think I stepped in something icky!

I bet you can't turn your head around this far

  6. Birds can be so funny! I never could figure out how they can be comfortable sleeping with their heads twisted around and their beak tucked under their wing.

  7. We have to cross a small bridge overlooking the lake in our neighborhood to get to our house. My German Shepherd Layla rides with me each morning to take my youngest to school and sometimes the ducks are sitting on top of the bridge rails. We stop sometimes and "talk" to the ducks :) Love them!

  10. So this is where all the ducks went! I haven't seen this many in one place since the summer. I bet that sleeping duck still had an eye on you. lol

  11. I love ducks, and when I was a child, my dad used to take me to the pond by the hospital to feed them bread, so seeing these photos brings back memories!
